Basic Instructions for Withdrawal Course(s) via the Internet (Au Web Site)
 1) Be prepared to do your particular transaction. Know all the details of the course(s) to
     withdraw, know user name and password, and the time frame in which you are allowed to
     do your transaction. All matters required for preparation are posted at various locations as
     well as on the Au. Web Site.
 2) To begin, click on the "Withdrawal System" link. At this stage please review all the rules,
     regulations, guidelines and instructions.
 3) Enter your "user name" in the top box, and place the prompt / cursor in the second box.
 4) Enter your "password" in the second box and click the "OK" button if all is correct.
 5) Click next to the course(s) that you wish to withdraw from and click "Submit" at the bottom
 6) Review the courses you withdrew from and the resulting course schedule.
 7) Click "Yes, I want to submit now" if OK or "No, I want to go back and modify"
 8) After confirming your withdrawal (submitting) click "Exit"
 9) Completely exit / close out of AuRMIS and the Internet Browser program to ensure a secure
     transaction.





                              First Semester 2008

Please follow the rules and guidelines below before proceeding with withdrawal.
       Once completed, modifications are possible within Withdrawal period.
                You do not have to complete withdrawals at one time

  
1. Period for course(s) withdrawal is   July 31 - August 29, 2008 (17.00).
   Withdrawal within this period results in a "W" mark on transcripts.
2. English courses can be withdrawn.
3. First year, first semester (505 and 511xxxx) cannot withdraw 100% of courses
enrolled
3 credits minimum must be enrolled, attended and final exams taken.
 4. Nursing Science, Communication Arts and Bio-Technology students must
contact their Faculty office for withdrawal matters.
5. The system will forbid you from withdrawing incorrectly.
6. Non credit courses may be withdrawn.
